EXPLANATION OF 2-DAY SHIPPING
SBDNC Apparel is a "print on demand" brand. Our processing for all orders is 4-7 business days.
Orders aren't processed and shipped immediately on the day of purchase. Based on the shipping type that's chosen at the point of sale, orders are then subjected to the shipping time. For all Metro/Atlanta orders, shipment is done with 1-day transit. For all orders outside of the Metro-Atlanta perimeter, shipment is between 2-3 business days. Pick-up isn't allowed at this time.
Priority shipping doesn't imply that the package will arrive 1-2 days after purchasing. It simply implies that the package, once shipped, will arrive up to two (2) business days.
All orders with the Free Shipping option applied is shipped Parcel Select through USPS. Shipment is completed in 5-8 business day.
Shop wisely when needing an item/items by a particular date. SBDNC Apparel cannot guarantee expedited shipment at this time.
If an order is delayed, you will be notified immediately when the order will be available. If the order is on backorder, you will be notified immediately and given the option to either cancel or proceed with the order.
Please allow us that time frame to get your order completely processed and shipped to you.
Due to COVID-19, some carriers are running behind and/or experiencing delays in updating tracking information. Please know that we are working diligently to get your order processed and sent out as fast as possible, but carrier shipping delays are outside our control. When you receive a Shipping Confirmation email, that means your order has been picked up and is in transit! Thank you for your patience during this time.

USPS is the preferred shipping method for all orders of SBDNC Apparel, LLC. All USPS orders are accompanied by a complimentary tracking number offered by USPS and SBDNC Apparel, LLC. Every order is scanned for housekeeping purposes and recorded for quality assurance to make sure that all orders are processed correctly, getting to the customer in a timely and honest manner.

All orders over $300 require a signature upon arrival with USPS. Failure to have signature recorded will result in a denied refund for a complaint against SBDNC Apparel, LLC for any apparel purchase disputed.
