SBDNC Apparel is a "made to order" brand that processes the order in 3-5 business days and shipped in 1- 2 business days. When an order is delayed, you will be notified immediately when the order will be available. If the order is on backorder, you will be notified immediately and given the option to either cancel or proceed with the order.
Processing for each SBDNC Apparel, LLC order takes 3-5 business days, excluding Friday after 1pm EST, weekend days of Saturday and Sunday, and holiday days that are the following:
New Year’s Day
Fourth of July
New Year’s Eve
Pre-Orders/Customized Products are processed 10-15 business days, excluding Friday after 5pm, weekend days of Saturday and Sunday, and holiday days.
Shipment is 1-2 business days along with processing, except for rushed orders for expedited shipping paid for at the point of sale. Orders that are purchased with standard shipment WILL NOT be eligible for rushed and expedited shipping once the order is received.
USPS is the preferred shipping method for all orders of SBDNC Apparel, LLC. All USPS orders are accompanied by a complimentary tracking number offered by USPS purchased by SBDNC Apparel, LLC at a discounted rate offered by Shopify for the financial savings of the SBDNC Apparel, LLC customer. Every order is scanned for housekeeping purposes and recorded for quality assurance to make sure that all orders are processed correctly, getting to the customer in a timely and honest manner.
All orders over $100 require a signature upon arrival with USPS. All orders over $100 will have a courtesy email sent to their preferred email address in order to ensure the purchase was correctly made. Failure to have signature recorded will result in a denied refund for a complaint against SBDNC Apparel, LLC for any apparel purchase disputed.
There is a $5 restocking fee that's applied for a returned package. Customer is responsible for the package being resent to the residence of the original package.
