RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

CHANGES HAVE GONE INTO EFFECT 02/12/2019.

SBDNC honors all exchanges based on the condition of all returned inventory. If the item is like new, SBDNC Apparel will exchange the item without charging for the shipment back. At this time, SBDNC Apparel only honors returns that are the following:

  • Inventory arrives damaged, failing to exceed the expectation of the SBDNC Apparel staff.
  • Inventory is not what the customer ordered based on the color and size.

SBDNC Apparel will NOT honor a return of a shirt/sweatshirt that does not fit based on the customer's body. However, SBDNC Apparel will honor an exchange or issue out a store credit. Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the SDBNC Apparel facility.

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES are honored with a 7-Day Exchange Policy. The 7-Day Exchange begins on the day the customer receives the package on the delivery date. On the 8th day and so on, the customer will not be able to do an exchange or return. A store credit will be issued out to be used ONCE in our store. 

ALL EXCHANGES must be returned at the customer's expense; however, SBDNC Apparel will pay for the postage to be returned to the customer. Please contact info@sbdncapparel.com regarding all exchanges and where to send the apparel to.

STORE CREDIT will be used out at the original purchase price minus the shipping fees which are are non-refundable and hence not included as part of the store credit. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The Store Credit is issued out after the 7-Day Return/Exchange policy.
