Our hand crafted apparel is made to order. We do not keep an inventory, so it is made with love just for you, when you order. Due to that, we do not offer refunds.

Our exchanges are SIZE AND FIT change only. We won't exchange for a different design. (EX: Our fitted tees will be exchanged for the fitted tees; the unisex tees will be exchanged for the unisex tees)

ALL EXCHANGES are honored with a 14-Day Exchange Policy. The exchange goes into effect on the day the customer receives the package on the delivery date. 

ALL EXCHANGES must be returned at the customer's expense; however, SBDNC Apparel will pay for the postage to be returned to the customer. Please contact info@sbdncapparel.com regarding all exchanges and where to send the apparel to.

STORE CREDIT will be used out at the original purchase price minus the shipping fees which are are non-refundable and hence not included as part of the store credit. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 

Store Credit/Exchange Requirements:

    • All items must be returned in same condition as sent. All apparel must not be worn, have any smell, soiled in any way, marked, or damaged.
    • In the event that the returned item does not meet our inspection standards upon our retrieval, you will not receive the store credit. 

SBDNC Apparel reserves the right to refuse any exchange of any item that does not meet our exchange policy standards.
